Usage and application range
The ELCB is applied in the power system of AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 400V and rated current up to 400A, for power distribution and protecting power system from overload, short circuit, faults damage etc. it also can be used to control infrequent operation.
The ELCB s electric leakage(residual current) protection function offers indirect touch protection when person gets an deadly electric shock. It also can prevent the electrical fire as a result of over-current protection device which can t detect the earthing fault.
The ELCBs rated residual operating current can be adjusted, electric leakage protection operating time also can be adjust, so it has selective protection in power distribution system.When the rated residual operating current is set up as 30mA, and the relevant protection device was failed,it also has the protection function of direct contact.

3. Reliable operating of power supply voltage fault
3.1 When the voltage is 0.85Ue, and one of three phases power supply switches off, the residual current I n=I n, the circuit breaker can be reliable breaking also.
3.2 When the phase wire voltage to neutral wire voltage drop to 50V, the residual current I n=I n, the circuit breaker can be reliable breaking
Thermal electromagnetic over current release
1. The set up current Ir1 of long time delay release
Ir1 namely rated current In, the specifications of In, refer to Table 4.
The neutral pole(N pole) of four poles circuit breaker is not installed with over current release, the rated fever heating current is not less than In/2, 63A.
